Your registration information

The registration form saves your name, email, preferred role and track, optional team name, consent, and submission time in this site's database for the Hack the Cloud organizers.

How it is used

Your information is collected to process your event application and contact you about the event. It is not displayed publicly. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission, and this website does not automatically send a confirmation email.

Storage and access

Applications are stored on the site's hosted database. The site owner and authorized project administrators can manage these records. There is no public applicant directory or endpoint for downloading registrations.

A one-way hash of the request IP address is used to limit repeated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the registration database. Rate-limit records are periodically removed; application records remain until an organizer deletes them.

Corrections or removal

Contact the event organizer through the channel where you received the event invitation. Include your application reference when requesting a correction or deletion. Do not post personal details publicly.
